List what your team actually does in a week, answer two questions about each, and get back a grid that says where to start and what to leave alone.
Most teams argue about AI in the abstract and never sort the actual work. The argument gets much shorter once the tasks are on a grid, because people stop disagreeing about AI and start disagreeing about a specific task, which is a solvable disagreement.
Nothing you type leaves your browser unless you choose to save it.
Be specific. "Recruitment" sorts badly. "Writing the advert for a role we repost every month" sorts well.
Saving gives you an address you can bookmark, or send to whoever else needs to see it. No account, and nobody who opens it sees your email.
