Built for People teams, given away

Small things that answer a question you cannot easily answer on your own. Nothing to install, nothing to trial, and each one tells you up front what it asks of you.

Some of these ask for a work email, because the thing they produce has to be sent somewhere or kept for you to come back to. Where that is true it says so on the card, before you click.

The research is not in this section. It is free, it needs no email, and it never will.

Task sorter

Work out which of your tasks should go near AI, and which should not

Who it is for
Anyone deciding where to start, or arguing about it with a colleague
What you get back

Adoption or capability check

Find out whether you are handing out access or building something that lasts

Who it is for
Whoever is answerable for how AI is going
What you get back
Where you sit, and the three things to change next. Every question is an observable fact rather than a self rating, so it can tell you the answer you did not want.
What it asks of you
Three minutes, and a willingness to answer honestly.

Revenue per employee

See where a change in output per person actually came from

Who it is for
A CEO, an FD, or a People director who has to present to one
What you get back
Every move split into the part driven by revenue and the part driven by headcount, with a plain sentence saying which story your numbers tell. It will not congratulate you for cutting people.
What it asks of you
Two minutes, and revenue plus headcount for at least two periods.
What gets built next

Whatever a People team keeps having to work out by hand

Tools land here when they work, not when they are announced. If there is something you keep doing in a spreadsheet that a tool should be doing, say so and it goes on the list.
